Although Richards standards are high he also believes that work should be fun and exciting and this is demonstrated every day of the week in our offices, the fun and laughter that flows out of the building is fantastic, we go on outings, villa holidays, team building trips, and more. For Holiday Rentals you can contact the owner first if you wish to find out more about the property, we would encourage you to do this as various holiday lettings have a direct booking option. Contact the host you would like to book with, the Host will in their profile have a response time and this response will go into your inbox located on your dashboard. Holiday Rentals can also be booked instantly online as hosts control their own calendars. The calendar will show which dates are available and you simply select the dates you would like and click on book. This will then load the checkout page and you can check your booking details then enter your details and click confirm. You will then receive your order confirmation via e-mail to your personal e-mail address. For Hotels & Resorts, once you have selected the hotel you like, and choose the Hotel Room or Lodge type, a checkout page will load. Simply enter your details when prompted and click continue and that's it, its booked. You will receive all details of booking by e-mail. It will automatically be added to your dashboard, from here you can access all details to do with your booking or your order.
All payments that are booked online through us are protected by our payment protection policy, Whether It is a Holiday Rental, Resort or Hotel . Although we can not be held responsible for any payments that happen outside of this online platform. You are welcome to pay deposits and fees direct to the Host, although this will not be covered by our Payment Protection Policy. We offer daily promotions of up to 80% off Resorts and Hotels in real time, all prices are updated every 15 minutes to ensure you get the best available rates 24 hours a day. Also from time to time we ask our hosts permission to offer discount codes on Holiday Rentals, those that agree get a valid discount voucher code in the checkout and offers of up to 25% off are available. Please don't forget our Invite family and friends scheme where you earn travel credits which are added to your account to use on all of our Holiday Rentals. The more people you get to sign up to the platform the more you will earn. And that's not it, If a friend or family member join and take on one of our subscriptions, you will earn extra travel credits for each membership that is taken. Pretty cool to be honest.

Your vacation rental bookings are shown on the right side of the page when not on the home or a listing page. They are shown in your Inbox and also on your dashboard. Once you have logged in, you will see all the information of your bookings in my trips/ bookings. When you return to the site, the system will recognise you as an account holder and also display orders and bookings that have been placed, The system also sends text alerts, scans each property listed in world database, to check it is as described. As you type in your listing a map will appear in the right side column, this will display the exact location of the property. We have at our disposal a wealth of resources, and use them on a daily basis to make sure all orders are secure. If we believe the information provided is fraudulent or in breach of our terms and conditions we will investigate this further, we may decide to take action if needed.
